About the Role

This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by SOA People Sweden.

Responsibilities

In the role of SAP PM Consultant, you work hands-on with the implementation, further development, and operations of SAP PM solutions for SOA People's customers. The assignments are often complex and business-close, where you are expected to understand the customer's maintenance processes and translate them into working solutions in SAP.

You play a central role in the dialogue with both users and decision-makers and are responsible for the configuration, adaptation, and improvement of SAP PM. Depending on the assignment, work can be performed both on-site at the customer and remotely, with flexibility based on the customer's needs.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Configuration and adaptation of SAP PM via SAP IMG
• Analysis and development of maintenance processes in close collaboration with the business
• Support during testing, migration, training, and cutover in SAP projects
• Integration between SAP PM and adjacent modules
• Ongoing dialogue and advisory services towards the customer

Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as an SAP consultant
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP PM
• Documented experience in configuring SAP PM via SAP IMG
• Experience from at least three different customers or projects in the role of SAP PM consultant
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

Merits

• Experience with S/4HANA Asset Management
• Work with mobility related to maintenance processes
• Integration with MM, FI/CO, PS, or SD
• Experience with migration, test management, training, or cutover
• Process improvement within maintenance, service, or asset management

To thrive in this role, you need to be confident in the consultant role and comfortable in dialogue with both IT and the business. You work in a structured manner, take personal responsibility, and have an easy time building trust with the customer. At the same time, you are a team player who shares knowledge and contributes to the team's joint delivery. You are solution-oriented, practical, and accustomed to translating needs into concrete SAP solutions.

Some assignments may require Swedish citizenship as well as background checks or security clearance.

Location: Stockholm. Work is performed largely at customer sites.
