About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you are the contact point between our clients and their customers.

You handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat together with your team. The role offers variety over time as you may work with different clients and brands.

The position can be full-time or part-time depending on your availability. Working hours are primarily during the day, but evenings and weekends may occur.

We are looking for you who

• Speak and write fluent Swedish
• Speak and write fluent Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
• Have a high school education or equivalent
• Have work experience

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
