We are looking for machine operators to work in a modern production environment where manufacturing is largely carried out using machines and robots. The tasks also include manual testing and documentation. Since all documentation regarding manufacturing is done in writing in Swedish, good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

• Monitor and operate machines and robot cells in the production line according to work orders and routines.
• Perform manual tests and functional tests of products, and document results in specified systems and protocols.
• Follow production and quality documentation carefully and ensure traceability in the manufacturing process.
• Conduct daily inspections, simple adjustments, and preventive maintenance on machines, and report deviations and faults.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure delivery, quality, and an efficient production setup.
• Participate in improvement work and contribute suggestions to increase efficiency and safety in production.

• Experience working in a production environment using machines and robots, or equivalent technical experience, is preferred.
• Good ability to document work steps and results in Swedish; written Swedish skills are mandatory.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, routines, and work orders.
• Basic understanding of machine and robot functions as well as safety regulations in production.
• Experienced in working in teams and communicating clearly regarding production and deviations.

Merits: Technical knowledge of machine and robot operation, as well as a valid forklift license (A-B2).

The position is full-time. Working hours are in two shifts, with either a permanent morning shift or a permanent afternoon shift, depending on agreement. Night shifts may also be an option. The initial employment form may be temporary agency work with the possibility of transitioning to direct employment with the client for the right candidate.
