About the role of Terminal Worker: We need to expand our team in the heart of our operations – production. In our terminals, packages arrive daily that need to be sorted and delivered to our customers, as well as packages that need to be transshipped and sent to other cities.

Among other things, you will:

• Ensure that operations proceed smoothly during daytime and evening hours without hindrance.
• Carefully ensure that goods enter and exit the terminal according to schedule.
• The position is part-time, and shifts may vary between 15:00–02:00, Mon–Fri, and occasional weekends according to the roster throughout the week.
• Through collective agreements, we ensure fair terms for all involved parties, promote a positive work environment, and invest in our employees' well-being. An important step for Instabee towards creating a more equitable and pleasant workplace.

• You have experience in warehousing or logistics.
• You are a strong team player who enjoys collaboration.
• You enjoy working physically.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
