At Insitepart, we are now looking for a service-oriented employee for DHL's Service Point in Västberga. In this role, you will primarily interact with customers who pick up or drop off packages, meaning a high degree of customer contact. The tasks also include some administrative work related to the receipt and dispatch of goods.

In addition to customer service, you need to have experience operating forklifts, both counterbalance forklifts and stackers, as part of the work involves handling and moving goods.

We are looking for someone with a professional and friendly attitude, who is meticulous in their work and can handle both a fast pace and varied tasks. Previous experience in customer service and administration is highly meritorious.

The position is Monday–Friday with working hours between 06:00–12:00 and 06:00–15:00.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Working hours between 06:00–12:00 and 06:00–15:00.
• Valid forklift license A + B.
• Experience with counterbalance forklifts and stackers.
• Previous customer service experience is meritorious.
• Administrative experience is meritorious.
• You will be employed as a consultant by Insitepart and work on-site at our client in Västberga.
• A background check is applied during the recruitment process.
