📍 Stockholm (Kista & Årsta) | Start: Immediate | Contract until 2026-11-30 We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager for the implementation of a new service agreement within the operation and maintenance of elevators and escalators. In this role, you will be a key figure in the startup phase, responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation together with the customer, business operations, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with technical teams, business representatives, and the customer to ensure that working methods, processes, and business support systems meet the customer's requirements prior to operation start. About the assignment As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and driving implementation activities
• Leading workshops with the customer and business operations
• Mapping and documenting working methods and processes
• Creating process flows and associated documentation
• Ensuring that working methods meet requirements within safety, environment, working environment, and quality (SMAK/KMA)
• Coordinating activities between different stakeholders
• Identifying risks and driving solutions forward
• Supporting the implementation of business support systems when needed

• Experience in project management or implementation leadership
• Experience in process mapping and process documentation
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading meetings
• Good communication skills in Swedish (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner

• Experience from facility management, facility services, or technical service operations
• Knowledge of SMAK/KMA (safety, environment, working environment, and quality)
• Experience with implementation projects
• Experience with business support systems or IT-related projects
