About the role

As a Traffic Manager at DSV, you will become a key player in the import and export operations between Europe and Sweden. This role is about more than just moving goods from point A to B – it is about owning the process, overcoming obstacles along the way, and building strong relationships. Since you will be working towards a specific country in the European market and interacting daily with drivers, transport companies, and suppliers, it is crucial that you speak and understand Swedish and English and that communication flows seamlessly.

Responsibilities

The role involves planning and coordinating transport, handling unexpected events, and maintaining good customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving to ensure efficient logistics flows.

• Planning, booking, and coordinating transport
• Daily contact with drivers, freight forwarders, and customers
• Active problem-solving in case of delays or changed conditions
• Negotiating and finding specific solutions for customers' transport needs
• Ensuring smooth deliveries from point A to B

We are looking for someone who

• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking)
• Has good social skills and customer service orientation
