We are now seeking assemblers for one of our clients in Kil – an established company that is a key supplier to global leaders. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with excellent development prospects.

About the role

As an assembler, you will handle varied tasks within assembly, primarily related to hydraulics and components for the heavy vehicle industry. You will become part of an engaged team working together towards common goals with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The work includes among other things:

• Assembly of hydraulics and fasteners in various sizes
• Working from drawings and technical descriptions
• Ensuring work is performed according to set quality requirements and standards
• Contributing to continuous improvements in production

You will have experienced and engaged colleagues, a Production Manager, and a Production Technician to support you.

Start: Immediately or according to agreement
Salary: According to collective agreement
Working hours: Daytime or 2-shift system

Who are you?

We believe you are a technically interested person who thrives in practical and physical work. You enjoy working in a team, are solution-oriented, and have a natural sense for quality and precision. You must be able to work from drawings and descriptions, follow standards, work with continuous improvements, and meet set goals. Strong drive and commitment are required.

Merits:

• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
• Vehicle education at high school level or equivalent
• Experience in assembly work
• Good knowledge of hydraulics, preferably with a focus on heavy vehicles
