Stångåkonsult is a private property company that today has over 1,100 apartments and premises scattered across Småland. TKF Fastighetsservice is now looking for a building caretaker for a property portfolio in Kalmar and Öland, consisting of approximately 350 apartments and several commercial premises.

We are looking for you who want a job with varied tasks and have the ability to drive the work forward independently.

You should be a positive, service-oriented, and self-motivated person. You should also be a handy problem solver who is practical, proactive, and responsible.

Previous experience in the building caretaker profession or experience from another trade related to construction or properties is meritorious.

The position involves building maintenance, such as:
