Job responsibilities and more about the role: As a Dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating daily deliveries across different regions, with a focus on efficient and high-quality deliveries. The role involves planning routes, following up on deliveries, and using various systems and dashboards to ensure smooth operations.

You are the main contact person for carriers, supporting them continuously, handling deviations, and ensuring clear communication regarding deliveries and any issues. The role also involves contributing to improvements in route planning and building an understanding of logistics flows, costs, and result tracking. If needed, you also support more complex transport assignments and linehaul planning.

We focus heavily on personal qualities, but we would appreciate if you have a completed upper secondary education or equivalent, and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is a big plus if you have an interest in IT and/or knowledge of the Intercom system.

  • Start: According to agreement
  • Scope: Part-time, permanent employment with an initial probationary period
  • Location: Possibility to work from home, but the office is centrally located in Stockholm
  • Working hours: Within the framework of 07:00–16:00, Saturday & Sunday, Hybrid work
