Transport Leader (Märsta)

Ohlsson was founded in 1998 in Landskrona and today has approximately 850 employees, operations in around 50 municipalities across Sweden, and a turnover of over 1.5 billion SEK. The company assists municipalities and businesses with services within waste management, sludge and water/sewage, recycling, transport, and contracting. The group also includes Puls – Planerad Underhållsservice AB, Soreto Services AB, Exellent Syd AB, ÖMAB, and Tintorella Fastigheter AB.

About the Role

We are looking for a Transport Leader for our jetting and pipe maintenance operations in Stockholm. Together with our site management in Märsta, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily operations, ensuring that our assignments are carried out efficiently and with a strong focus on customer service.

Your tasks include receiving and planning orders, registering and invoicing assignments, scheduling staff, and coordinating transports with consideration for environmental impact and efficiency. You will have daily contact with our clients and drivers, follow up on completed jobs, and ensure effective feedback. We operate in both northern and southern Stockholm, offering you the opportunity to help develop our jetting and pipe maintenance services.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Coordinate vehicles and drivers in daily operations
  • Receive, register, and plan incoming orders
  • Plan staffing and schedules
  • Update customer registers and administer orders
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers, drivers, and other employees
  • Follow up on and provide feedback on completed assignments

Profile

You are a structured and solution-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are good at prioritizing, communicate clearly, and enjoy having many points of contact. With a strong ability to follow up and provide feedback, you create clarity and security both internally and externally. You have a strong service mindset and a natural aptitude for handling rapid changes and finding ways forward.

Education and Experience

  • Upper secondary education and some years of experience in administrative work
  • Category B driver's license; Category C is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of administrative software, especially Word and Excel
  • Good computer skills and comfort working with various digital systems
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience from jetting and pipe maintenance operations and knowledge of ADR regulations are advantageous

The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Location: Märsta.
