About the role

We are immediately seeking a production worker for the dismantling of electronic waste for one of our clients in Jönköping. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the operational activities. The client company operates within sustainable recycling, dismantling, and processing of electronic products, which is an important part of the circular industry. Start: Immediately Working hours: Daytime The consultancy assignment is planned to be ongoing with good opportunities for permanent employment with the client company in the long run.

What the role entails

As a production worker, you will become a central part of the process where you work operationally, dismantle electronic components, handle machines and tools, and ensure that materials are sorted correctly for further recycling. This is a practical, varied, and physical job where attention to detail, safety, and joy in work are the focus. The work can occasionally be physically demanding. In addition to the operational work, you are responsible for the company's inbound and outbound deliveries, as well as associated production administration and discrepancy reporting. You are the one who coordinates the daily work with other production personnel together with the site manager. Examples of tasks:

• Daily forklift operation during inbound and outbound deliveries
• Administration and reporting
• Dismantling of electronic products and technical equipment
• Machine and tool handling according to given instructions
• Sorting of materials by fractions (e.g., plastic, metal, circuit boards)
• Participation in improvement work and housekeeping
• Operational team leadership
• Work according to safety routines and environmental requirements

Qualifications

• Previous multi-year work experience in waste sorting, e-waste recycling, production, warehousing, logistics, or waste management
• Forklift license A & B, TLP 10
• Experience with forklift operation, specifically counterbalance forklifts
• Good computer skills, primarily Excel, and experience working in production-related administration
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license and preferably access to a car
