Kvadrat M AB is a small construction company focusing on property adaptations and ROT (Repair, Optimize, Transform) jobs. We started our operations this past winter and are now looking for more employees to meet the demand. You can be new to the industry but with dexterity and a drive to learn, or an experienced carpenter with a willingness to contribute to a positive corporate culture and the company's development.

The team behind Kvadrat M has worked in the construction industry for many years in various roles and forms, and started our own business to show how we believe a construction company should operate. We have no ambition to change the industry, only to be the company we want to be and are proud to work for. This includes being reliable and open, having clear communication, and delivering a result that both we and the customer are proud to boast about. We are now looking for employees and colleagues who want the same thing as us.

We are looking for people with:

• Experience in independent work as a carpenter
• Good knowledge of materials and machinery
• Experience collaborating with different professional groups
• Experience with customer contact
• Knowledge of reading drawings
• Ability to plan work according to schedules

But also people who only have basic knowledge of construction work but are willing to work and good at following instructions.

Regardless of experience level, we are looking for you who:

• Want a varied work situation with different types of projects

Since we are a relatively new company, we are currently taking on very mixed assignments, and your job will involve everything from installing a door or other minor service work to a full renovation for a private individual or building walls during a larger property adaptation. The goal for Kvadrat M is to have a business with two legs:

Property adaptations and service work with builders and property managers as clients, and
Renovation and extensions where the customer is a private individual.

When we recruit, we will do so with these areas of operation in mind to find the right profiles for the future, but if you choose to apply to us, you need to be unpretentious and have a desire to be part of the company's development and contribute to what is needed in each phase, whether it is replacing a roof or building a custom kitchen.
