Welcome to Road and Construction Stockholm – here we shape a capital in constant change. Together, we build the foundation for the city's pulse – from infrastructure that makes daily life work, to bridges that connect neighborhoods. We are passionate about developing Stockholm here and now, for generations to come.

We are now looking for a Project Manager for one of our land districts in Stockholm, where you will work on land projects with a strong focus on sustainability. We operate in both large projects such as Slussen and smaller development projects, often on behalf of the City of Stockholm.

Work with the business side and steer the project towards set goals

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for the projects and lead the work together with colleagues towards common goals. Through close collaboration with customers and teams, you build good relationships and contribute to the projects being carried out with quality and business acumen.

You are part of the district's management group and work together with the district manager on strategic issues to develop and steer the business. The district is characterized by a culture where collaboration, engagement, and solution-focus are central.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of the projects, from tender and calculation to handover and warranty responsibility. You are responsible for the customer and contract, as well as for steering the projects towards set economic and production goals. Together with the Production Manager, you develop well-functioning teams and create good conditions for employee development, health, and inclusion.

Through your work, you contribute to Skanska's continued development in sustainable community building, safety, and profitability, with our values as the foundation.

Experienced Project Manager with a communicative leadership style

We are looking for you who are structured, outgoing, and comfortable in social settings. You are empathetic and receptive, and enjoy collaborating and building relationships in different parts of a project. At the same time, you have natural drive, enjoy challenges, and are motivated by achieving results together with others.

You are curious, eager to learn new things, and have the ability to see the big picture, from planning and communication to implementation. Your communication skills allow you to reach out in a clear and inclusive way.

The position requires:

  • At least five years of experience from projects within land and construction or building operations.
  • At least two years as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in driving project economics, such as running and bill-of-quantities based projects.
  • Previous experience working in contracts and collaborative projects.
  • Experience in leadership and creating conditions for employees and teams through development, learning, health, and inclusion.

The position requires a technical university degree or vocational education, fluent Swedish and English skills in speech and writing, and good IT skills.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in cross-functional teams towards various stakeholders, such as internal collaborations but also towards the customer. Experience with projects with high sustainability requirements is also an advantage.

Apply by June 7th

Send in your application with a CV. Selection is done on a rolling basis, so send in your application as soon as possible. If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Lisa Kroon at tel 070-995 76 24.
