Your job and responsibilities

In the role of Property Caretaker, you play an important part in meeting customers' needs and expectations. Your contribution is crucial to ensuring that the properties are in good condition and that customers are satisfied with the service provided. We believe you are a proactive person who finds it easy to build relationships. You will have daily contact with residents in SBC-managed associations and suppliers. You receive fault reports, ensure quality, and conduct rounds.

You will work very independently but also together with your team, where you share learnings and develop together. For this position, there is an opportunity to be responsible for properties in southern Stockholm.
