About the position

Our client in Bäckefors is now looking for an experienced forklift driver for their logistics and warehouse operations.

About the role:

At our client's site, you will work in a combined role involving inbound and outbound deliveries, warehouse management, and internal logistics linked to production. The work involves handling both small and very heavy components where precision and safety are crucial. You will load and unload goods from trucks, place materials in the correct locations in the warehouse, and pick items for production based on packing lists. Finished products are handled and loaded for transport, sometimes involving very large and heavy units where teamwork and proper technique are essential.

You will work in the business system Monitor ERP, where you register inbound and outbound deliveries and manage picking flows. Therefore, the role also requires some computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to digital systems.

This is a role for you who thrives in a structured environment where accuracy, responsibility, and safety are key to ensuring smooth production flow.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who is a very experienced forklift driver and confident in handling different types of forklifts, including counterbalance forklifts (even for heavier lifts), reach trucks, and order pickers. You also have experience working with overhead cranes. You are meticulous, structured, and have a strong safety mindset in everything you do.

As a person, you are calm, responsible, and organized in your work. You thrive in an environment where precision is important and where nothing is left to chance. You have good computer skills and have previously worked in business systems or similar digital workflows.

Requirements:

• Very good experience in forklift operation
• Experience with counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers
• Experience with overhead cranes
• Good computer skills / experience with business systems (preferably Monitor ERP or similar)
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license and access to a car

Merits:

• Experience in heavy industry or with large components
• Previous work in logistics related to production

Working hours: Daytime with flexibility
Start date: Immediately
