We are now looking for additional staff for our client in Slöinge.

We are looking for you who have an interest in technology, enjoy working independently, and want to learn something new!

Job Responsibilities

As a production employee in the oat mill, you will work with the entire production process. In the oat mill, this means the process from cleaning and refining to finished oat groats. Part of the job involves maintaining food-safe production, which we achieve through daily cleaning routines in the facility.

You will, among other things:

• Start up the process – start machines, set up and adjust, and perform simple maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Perform final inspection through analysis.
• Handle packaging tasks and forklift driving.
• Report production results and deviations.
• Daily cleaning of the facility.

Requirements

• Good technical/mechanical knowledge through education and/or work experience.
• Good computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work in two shifts.

Merits

• Upper secondary education from a practical track, preferably within natural sciences/agriculture.

Personal Qualities

To fit the role, we believe you are someone who enjoys being out in the operations and working "hands-on" with all occurring tasks in production. It is important that you are meticulous, like to keep things organized, and can work independently. It is also important to be able to handle unexpected changes. To succeed, the first few weeks will be dedicated to training and working together with our other millers.

Slöinge – Full-time

The location is in Slöinge and working hours are scheduled on shifts. Start date according to agreement.
