Job Description

As a TIG welder, you will become an important part of the production where quality, precision, and craftsmanship are at the center. You will primarily work with TIG welding of customized products, but also press braking and other common tasks within metalworking are included in the role. The work is varied as a large part of the production consists of unique customer orders. You will work with modern machinery and equipment together with experienced colleagues in a business where collaboration, attention to detail, and a high focus on quality are a natural part of everyday life.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who have experience with TIG welding and preferably also knowledge in press braking or other metalworking. You are accustomed to working from drawings and have a good understanding of the importance of quality, precision, and attention to detail in every step. As a person, you are responsible, engaged, and have a technical interest. You work in a structured manner, have an eye for detail, and are solution-oriented, flexible, and willing to take initiative when needed. We value teamwork highly and are looking for you who thrive working in a team while also being able to work independently.
