Responsibilities:
In the role of Order & Logistics Coordinator, you will become a central part of the daily operations, working closely with several of the company's operational functions. The role is broad and varied, combining customer contact and administrative work in the ERP system with responsibility for logistics and handling of certain product categories at our internal distribution center. You will work in an international environment with many global customers, distributors, and suppliers, involving many contact points and collaborations outside of Sweden.
You will work closely with the Head of Order & Logistics, who will also be your direct manager, in a tight collaboration where you together drive and ensure efficient deliveries and smooth logistics flows. Here you will meet a dynamic and flexible work environment with a high tempo, short decision-making paths, and a culture that encourages initiative, responsibility, and collaboration. Manage customer orders and administration in the ERP system.
You will among other things:
- Have daily contact with distributors, suppliers, and customers via email, phone, and meetings
- Receive, handle, and administer customer orders in the company's ERP system
- Plan and coordinate purchases based on customer needs in close collaboration with the Head of Order & Logistics
- Create delivery notes, packing lists, and invoice support documents
- Coordinate national and international transports and ensure smooth deliveries
- Handle incoming and outgoing goods and prepare deliveries from the distribution center
- Participate in inventory and other work related to warehousing and distribution
- Ensure structure, order, and efficient logistics flows in daily operations

- Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English as a large part of the communication is international
- Have good computer and system skills and are quick to adapt to new ways of working and business systems

- Are motivated by a dynamic work environment with a high tempo where conditions and priorities can change quickly
It is meritorious if you have prior experience in logistics, warehouse work, or ERP systems.
