About the Role

As a delivery driver, you are responsible for the safe and legally compliant delivery of parcels and goods in Halmstad and the surrounding area. Your duties include loading and unloading the vehicle, ensuring correct handling of goods, and timely deliveries. You will work both independently and in close contact with customers. The work may involve physically demanding tasks, and working hours are during the day.

Responsibilities

The role involves planning and executing daily deliveries within your assigned district, including loading and unloading parcels and goods. A key part of the job is securing the cargo in the vehicle according to current routines to ensure safe and efficient transport.

About You

You are responsible, service-oriented, and thrive in a role where planning and structure are important. The requirements for the position are:

• Category B driver's license
• Good local knowledge of Halmstad and the surrounding area, or the ability to quickly learn the area
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

Previous experience as a courier or distribution driver, a forklift license, or experience with cargo handling and securing are considered merits. We also value flexibility regarding working hours, good physical fitness, and strong service and customer orientation.
