About the Role

As a Foreman with us, you have a key role in daily operations. You plan, lead, and follow up on work while ensuring that we deliver on time with the right quality and efficiency. You act as the link between the team and management, actively contributing to the development of methods and routines.

You support the Production Manager in daily work and maintain close contact with our customers and employees. Since a large part of the daily work involves leading workers, it is important that you are structured and capable of instructing others. You prioritize easily and have a sense for seeing the big picture. In your role, good planning is paramount. You thrive in a varied role where work also takes place outdoors in all weather conditions, and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will, among other things, work with:

• Planning and coordination of daily work
• Leading and supporting employees
• Ensuring work is performed according to set quality requirements
• Case management and follow-up
• Purchasing and contact with suppliers, preparing quotes
• Conducting quality controls
• Identifying and suggesting improvements in operations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in leading work within green area maintenance or a similar role
• Is structured, responsible, and has good organizational skills
• Has a quality mindset and an eye for detail
• Is communicative and enjoys leading and motivating others
• Has good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Works in a solution-oriented manner and has the drive to develop methods

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and the willingness to develop in the role. Relevant education is an advantage.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good basic computer skills
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Other Information

Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement

Scope: Full-time, 100%, working hours weekdays 07:00–16:00

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Salary: According to agreement. Collective agreement applies.
