About the role

As an Operational Shift Leader, you play a key role in daily operations and the establishment of our new warehouse. You are a hands-on leader who leads with clarity, energy, and professionalism. In this role, you combine operational work with responsibility for planning, distributing, and following up on tasks during your shift.

Your main responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Actively participate in operational tasks, including forklift driving. Lead, distribute, and follow up on work during your shift.
• Be a visible and present leader who creates security, engagement, and motivation within the team.
• Drive change by establishing and embedding new working methods and routines in the business.
• Actively contribute to the development of layout, material flows, and processes to create a well-functioning and future-proof warehouse.
• Ensure a strong focus on health, safety, and environment in daily operations, as well as following up on deviations and improvement needs.

• Have experience in warehouse and logistics work, preferably in a role with coordination or leadership responsibilities.
• Thrive in change environments and see opportunities where others see challenges.
• Are a secure, reliable, and unpretentious team player with a positive attitude.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative in your way of working and leading others.
• Good knowledge of the business system XA.
• A forklift license is required for the position, but your specific certifications are less important than the right attitude and personality.

Experience with change or development projects, as well as improvement work within warehousing, logistics, or material flows, is a plus.
