About the role

As a Foreman at Peab Infrastructure, you work together with the Site Manager on various small and medium-sized projects. In the role of Foreman, your task is to plan staffing, prepare materials for your craftsmen, and follow up through documentation to ensure projects proceed according to plan. You strive to deliver good results on time!

The position offers many social contact areas as you, as a Foreman, meet our clients, have contact with suppliers, and work closely with our staff.

The position is a permanent full-time employment.

Requirements and personal qualities

To thrive and contribute in the role, we believe you have relevant education and/or experience in production management within infrastructure, or if you have many years of experience as a construction worker and are ready to take the next step.

You speak and write Swedish fluently and hold a Category B driver's license.

You have an interest, the right attitude, and experience in meeting different types of people and adapting your leadership style to the situation. You are an experienced leader who leads by example. You engage the individuals you lead and are skilled at fostering cohesion and team building. You have a sense for structure, planning, and economics.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personality.
