As a Machine Operator at Husqvarna AB, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operation of production machinery. The specific tasks will vary depending on which process and department you belong to. However, common to all roles is the responsibility for machine monitoring, conducting thorough quality checks, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs. The role also includes refilling materials and ensuring stable and efficient production. The work is primarily performed on a 4-shift rotation, which involves rotating between day, evening, and night shifts, as well as one weekend per month. A 2-shift pattern may also occur depending on the department, meaning you need to be flexible and open to both working time arrangements. The Machine Operator position is a full-time assignment where you work as a consultant based in Huskvarna. The assignment begins with a six-month probationary period and may transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. About you You have a strong technical interest and thrive in practical work. As a colleague, you are helpful, cooperative, and actively contribute to a positive work environment. Since instructions are provided digitally in Swedish, it is important that you master the language well in both speech and writing. We appreciate that you are responsible and proactive, and that you easily adapt to new tasks and processes. You work meticulously with a clear focus on quality, and you are communicative and curious, with a desire for continuous development. Key requirements for the role:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or similar.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Forklift license is desirable.
• Background in technology, electrical engineering, or the metal industry is a plus.
