Then Städade Hem might be the right workplace for you. Today, we are a team of approximately 90 employees, founded in 2016 with a focus on being the best at home cleaning, not the largest.

What do we do at Städade Hem?

We at Städade Hem only clean private households on a regular basis.

This position requires a valid driver's license. Automatic transmission is fine, manual is also fine!

Consider the commute to work every day before you apply. A commute of over an hour usually doesn't hold up in the long run.

You can get a car from us to use privately as a benefit, but then you need to work 100%.

Working hours and schedule:

You will receive a fixed schedule that you can view on your phone with your own clients. You will start from home.

Our working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. If you cannot work these hours, we ask that you do not apply for this job.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience in cleaning.
• Enjoy working with service.
• Be thorough and punctual.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have a positive attitude and be helpful to both customers and colleagues.
• Have basic language skills in Swedish or English. Some knowledge of Swedish or English is acceptable.

Salary and benefits:

• Monthly salary with individual salary setting.
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK.
• Pension contribution of 4.2%.
• Travel between customers is a work task and is therefore included in the salary.
• Full insurance (life, accident, and health insurance).
• 25 vacation days per year.
• Access to company events.
