We are now looking for a Project Engineer for an established company within contracting and project operations. Here you will have the opportunity to work close to production, support the site manager, and contribute to driving projects forward with high quality, structure, and safety.

In the role of Project Engineer, you work closely with the site manager and foremen in the daily project work. You have a coordinating and administratively important function where you are responsible for monitoring the project's economy, documentation, planning, and quality assurance. The role involves broad contact interfaces both internally and externally, where you have ongoing dialogue with the client, production, and other project members.

You become an important part of the project organization and contribute to ensuring that projects are carried out according to set schedules, quality requirements, and safety routines. • Support the site manager in the daily planning and monitoring of projects
• Monitor project economy and schedules
• Ensure that production is carried out according to planning and set requirements
• Handle and follow up on documentation and construction documents
• Ensure that correct documentation is available in current versions
• Deliver documentation to the client
• Participate in internal and external project meetings
• Work with deviation management as well as incident and accident reporting
• Participate in purchasing and material follow-up
• Create quality, safety, and environmental documentation
• Manage lists of materials, chemicals, and vehicles

• Have experience working in a project environment, preferably within construction, civil engineering, or contracting
• Have good administrative and organizational skills
• Have experience with document management, planning, and follow-up
• Have good financial understanding and experience with follow-up
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Are comfortable with systems and work effortlessly with the Office suite
• A B-driver's license is an advantage
