Working Team Leader sought for warehouse in Norrköping!

Are you someone who thrives on combining practical work with responsibility and leadership? Then this might be the role for you.

As a Working Team Leader, your primary task involves order picking, and you actively participate in the daily work together with the team. In addition, you have responsibility for the group where you support colleagues, help create structure in daily operations, and ensure that the business runs according to plan.

The role includes among other things:

• Working operationally with order picking and packing.
• Being a support for the group in daily work.
• Ensuring that work runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Helping to solve problems and providing support when needed.
• Contributing to a positive team spirit and good working environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible and solution-oriented.
• Has good collaboration skills.
• Thrives in a role that combines practical work with leadership.
• Is structured and can maintain calm even at a high pace.
• Has experience with warehouse/order picking, preferably in a leading role.
• We prefer that you have a driver's license and access to your own car, as public transport may not be available.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish, as it is important that you can understand written safety instructions and training materials.
• Hold forklift licenses A 1-4 and B 1-5.
