About Us

The Construction Project Management Unit is responsible for ensuring the implementation competence required in Nacka Municipality's traffic and property processes. Our mission is to lead and coordinate the implementation of the investments decided upon by the Municipal Executive Board and the Nature and Traffic Committee.

We work to strengthen effective project management throughout the entire process, ensuring that time, economy, and results are monitored and handled in a structured and transparent manner. A key part of our responsibility is to report status updates and deviations in the investment portfolios to the Municipal Executive Board's Urban Development Committee and to the Nature and Traffic Committee.

We provide implementation competence to several of the municipality's units. For the Municipal Executive Board, we work through the Property Unit. For the Nature and Traffic Committee, we support the Traffic Unit, the Public Outdoor Environment Unit, and the Nature and Urban Environment Unit. Our role is to create good conditions for investments to be implemented with quality, clarity, and long-term value for both operations and the residents of Nacka.

Your Role

As a Construction Project Manager at Nacka Municipality, you will play a central role in shaping future living environments. You will lead exciting and socially important investments in property, traffic, and infrastructure from the initial idea to final delivery.

You will have overall responsibility for planning, economy, schedules, and communication, working closely with dedicated colleagues from several of the municipality's units. Together, you will drive projects that create value for both the residents of Nacka and the operations.

You ensure that every project is implemented with clarity and structure, reaching its goals with quality, sustainability, and an economy that stays within the approved budget.

Are you the right person?

We are looking for someone with strong drive who thrives in a role that combines technical competence with project management and collaboration. You are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in handling complex processes where many interests meet. You have a knack for building good collaborations and see the value of cross-functional work. Special competence in the infrastructure/landscaping sector is an advantage.

Your Experience and Competence

We would like you to have:

• Experience of construction project management within property projects and/or infrastructure.
• Experience from construction or infrastructure projects, for example within groundworks, water and sewage (VA), or technical infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of contract law, including AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09.
• Experience with AMA and MER standards.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety issues and procurement regulations, including LOU.
• An academic degree in construction, infrastructure, property, or a related field.

It is an advantage if you have worked as a municipal client and have a good understanding of municipal steering documents, political decision-making processes, and committee organization. Experience from detailed planning processes is also seen as particularly valuable.

A B-class driver's license is required.
