Operational Booking, Event & Sales Manager – Engsholm Castle

Do you want to work in a picturesque castle environment and have a key role in booking, sales, and planning? Engsholm Castle is now looking for an experienced and driven Booking Manager.

About the role

You are responsible for the entire booking process – from quote to execution and follow-up – for conferences, events, weddings, and private guests. The role is both operational and strategic, focusing on sales, customer relations, and optimization of booking channels.

Key responsibilities include

• Handling bookings and quotes (B2B & B2C)
• Planning and coordinating events, weddings, and conferences
• Working with upselling and customer care
• Administration in booking systems (Visbook, BookVisit)
• Follow-up, invoicing, and statistics
• Collaboration with other departments
• Reception and guest reception

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from hotels, booking, or sales
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded
• Has a strong business focus and enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable with systems (merit: Visbook/BookVisit)
• It is a great advantage if you have experience with social media, websites, and communication

Other information

• Full-time, permanent position
• On-site work (Mörkö). We prefer that you live in our local area.
• Weekend work is included
• Driver's license and car are required, as public transport is poor
