Do you want a job where you take responsibility, lead a team, and are close to daily operations? We are now looking for a Team Leader at Höglands Logistics, a role for you who likes high tempo, teamwork, and getting things to work.

Your Role at Höglands Logistics
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily work at the terminal. You work closely with staff, drivers, and traffic control, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
This is a role for you who likes to stay on top of things, solve problems, and help the team move forward. You will both lead the work and be involved in the practical tasks when needed.
You will mainly:
- Lead and support the team in daily work
- Plan and distribute tasks
- Ensure goods are handled safely and efficiently
- Communicate with drivers and traffic control
- Help solve problems in daily operations
- Contribute to order and structure at the terminal
Who are you?
You are a person who thrives when there is a lot happening and who likes to take responsibility in everyday life. You find it easy to collaborate with others and enjoy getting the team to work well together. At the same time, you are practical, solution-oriented, and not afraid to help out where needed.
We believe you have:
- Experience from logistics, warehousing, terminal, or similar work
- Experience in leading or distributing work is an advantage
- Ability to create structure and keep an overview in a high-tempo environment
- Good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
A CE driver's license is an advantage as some shunting duties may occur.
