About the role

At Pauder & People, we are now looking for several engaged and responsible CNC operators for a long-term consultancy assignment with our client, Diab, in Laholm. Diab is a world leader in the development and manufacturing of core materials for, among other things, wind power and the aerospace industry. At Diab, you will become an important part of a helpful and open team with a supportive culture, where you work together to make customers' products more competitive and sustainable.

This appointment is made in collaboration with Pauder & People. This means that initially, you will be securely employed as a consultant with us, but your daily work and workplace will be at Diab in Laholm. The assignment is long-term, and for the right person, there are good chances of a permanent employment directly with Diab in the future.

Your main responsibilities:

• Setup, adjustment, and monitoring of CNC machines.
• Ongoing and precise quality measurements – we never compromise on dimensional tolerances!
• Tool changes, troubleshooting, and simpler machine maintenance during downtime.
• Daily reporting and documentation of production.

Requirements for the position:

• Driver's License: At least AM or B driver's license (required to get to the workplace).
• Education: Completed upper secondary education.
• Language: You command Swedish fluently in speech and writing (an absolute requirement for safety regulations and instructions).
• Working Hours: You have the opportunity and willingness to work shifts.
• Health (Hard Plastic): You must not be an asthmatic or allergic to plastic components (a certificate of fitness via medical examination is required before employment).

A big plus (Meritorious):

• You have a forklift license.
• You have previous experience with CNC machining, process industry, or other manufacturing industries.
