We are looking for a vehicle dismantler for our facility in Mönsterås

Do you like working with cars? That’s exactly what a vehicle dismantler does, just in reverse. Here, it’s all about taking things apart and preserving the parts. We are now looking for you who want to work with us in our “reverse factory”.

We believe that you are positive, flexible, and energetic. You take pride in your profession and value efficiency and high work quality. You are easily motivated and quick to get started on tasks. You have a talent for organizing, structuring, and prioritizing your work. Furthermore, your optimism should be mentioned – you are almost always convinced that problems and difficulties can be solved. In most situations, you remain calm and collected, and it takes quite a lot to throw you off balance. You are social and appreciate having colleagues to reason and discuss with. Your starting point is to respect others' opinions and always behave considerately and kindly.

You will primarily work with dismantling and registering parts, but other tasks may also occur.

The main focus is dismantling crash-damaged cars, but tire handling, washing parts, forklift driving, and part registration also occur. The work is carried out against established production goals where profitability and efficiency are key words.

Responsibilities and Authority

As an employee within the dismantling department, you are expected to perform and be responsible for the following tasks and have the following authority:

• Dismantling on lifts and related tasks
• Engine dismantling and related tasks
• Tire handling, washing of parts, and related tasks
• Check the quality of parts and register them.
• Forklift driving occurs at some facilities

We would prefer that you have automotive technical education or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways.

You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.
