Job Responsibilities:

As a machine operator with us, you are a key player in our production. You will:

• Independently operate and monitor one or more of our advanced machines.
• Ensure that our products maintain the highest quality – every day.
• Be part of a team that supports each other and solves problems together.
• Contribute to continuously improving our processes.

Who will thrive in this role?

You might have experience from the industry – or maybe not. But you have the right attitude:

• You are curious, technically interested, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• You think quality in every step.
• You have a forklift license (AB).
• You have a B-driver's license and access to a car, as the company has no public transport connections.
• You speak and write Swedish without problems.
• You pass a color blindness test.

Extra bonus if you have crane training!

• Location: Grimsås
• Working Hours: Shift work – day, evening, and night
• Start: As soon as possible or by agreement
