Process Operator for Grain Facility in Åhus

As a process operator with us, you will have a varied and responsible job where you contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. In Åhus, there is a facility for grain handling. We are now looking for staff who want to work with us during the harvest season W. 30–36.

What you will do

The work involves many contacts, both internal and with our customers. Grain handling is food-grade, so there are high demands on maintaining quality in accordance with current requirements. The work includes both independent work and team work.

The position focuses on loader operation and internal logistics. As a process operator in this part of production, your main tasks will consist of:

• Loading and unloading of grain.
• Internal transport of grain with tractor/trailer and loader.
• Use of loader to push and distribute grain in flat storage to maximize storage capacity.
• Daily supervision of machinery and simple maintenance.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Experience in process work within production (meritorious).
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in digital environments.
• Ease in learning and understanding instructions.
• C2 certification (loader).
• Tractor or B driver's license.

You are:

• Proactive and initiative-taking.
• Aware of quality and precision.
• Communicative and cooperative.
• Independent with good ability to plan your workday.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• At least 18 years old.
