SWEDSTAFF SVERIGE AB is now looking for an experienced construction worker specializing in road construction for assignments in Stockholm and the surrounding area.

Here, you will work on varied projects alongside engaged colleagues and contractors, with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration.

About the Role

As a construction worker, you will work on various types of earthworks and construction projects within road construction and bridge maintenance. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Road reinforcement and earthworks
• New construction of pedestrian and cycle paths
• Railing work
• Rinsing and cleaning of bridge structures
• Impregnation and concrete repair
• Inspection and maintenance of bridge bearings

Projects vary in size and scope, offering you the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team. You will become a key part of daily production, contributing solutions to ensure high quality in execution.

The position is full-time with start date according to agreement.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience in earthworks and construction who enjoys practical and physical outdoor work. You are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and have a strong focus on quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Valid B-category driver's license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in earthworks and construction
• Experience in road construction and preferably concrete work
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Technical understanding and ability to work in a solution-oriented manner
• Experience working with digital tools and systems

Merits:
