About the role

Are you a student looking for a fun summer job, or are you interested in a shorter assignment over the summer?

Summer is approaching fast, and at Boxflow, we are looking for several people who want to work in warehousing and logistics or production during the summer. As a consultant at Boxflow, you will become part of an engaged team and get the opportunity to work at sites where people are passionate about their operations. We are looking for students or individuals who are open to working primarily during the summer. There may be opportunities to continue working after the summer.

We are looking for staff for day and evening shifts. Our clients are primarily located in the Malmö area. In your application, you can specify which roles you are interested in and your preferred working hours.

Tasks

The tasks may vary, but common roles include order picker, packer, production worker, and forklift driver.

Forklift operation – You will handle various types of forklifts. Counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and high-reach order pickers are common among our clients.

Terminal work – This can include parcel sorting, sorting, loading, and unloading of goods.

Order picking – The work often involves picking and packing products for e-commerce or larger goods, often using systems like "pick by voice" or handheld scanners.

Production work – Work inside production facilities involving machine handling, material replenishment, and quality control.

Profile & Requirements

To fit the role as a consultant, you should be flexible, self-motivated, and enjoy varied tasks. Good teamwork skills are important as you may work both independently and in teams. We are looking for you with previous experience in warehousing or production, but we also welcome beginners who want to learn. Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) is a common requirement.

Common requirements for the positions are:

Forklift license – A license for forklifts A1-A4, B1-B4, and D1 is advantageous, especially for roles as order pickers and forklift drivers.

Own car – Having access to your own car is advantageous as it facilitates transportation to certain assignments.
