About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and now we are looking for an Electrical Engineer for Substation Maintenance who wants to join the journey! Is that you? Your Role as an Electrical Engineer

We offer a free and varied job where you deliver substation maintenance services in our customers' electrical installations, covering voltage ranges of 0.4–400 kV.

The work as an electrical engineer in substation maintenance has a large technical content where you will primarily work with station rounds, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and connections on switchgear equipment. Conversion and new construction of facilities also occur. The work is carried out on behalf of a project manager/service manager.

You will become part of a team with good atmosphere where technicians work closely with project managers/service managers to plan, execute, and follow up on assignments, with safety as the highest priority.

The role operates in Småland and surrounding areas, and you will base yourself from home within the area, which means travel and on-call duties may be a natural part of this position. When performing your work with us, safety, environment, and economy are always kept in mind. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation of completed work, reporting deviations, and tracking work orders in our digital systems.

Requirements

We know that you will develop together with us. But we see that you already have:

• Upper secondary education in high voltage/electricity or similar post-secondary education
• Experience from work as an electrical engineer, industrial electrician, or similar is meritorious
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license
• You have good administrative skills and are accustomed to working with documentation and reporting in digital systems

Furthermore, you are a responsible person with a great commitment to your assignments. It is important that you are quick to take initiative and collaborate with colleagues and customers. You have a technical interest and are motivated by working in a business-like manner in an operation where you take great responsibility for quality and progress.
