About the role

We are currently looking for a Breakfast Chef at 90% for Falkenberg Strandbad. The position is permanent with an immediate start. We hire on an ongoing basis, so please send your application as soon as possible. You will become an important part of our kitchen team where the guest experience is in focus, and where we strive to serve world-class breakfast every day.

Responsibilities

As a breakfast chef with us, you will among other things:

• Prepare and cook the breakfast buffet according to concept and quality routines.
• Ensure the buffet always looks inviting and replenish items continuously.
• Maintain high hygiene and quality standards according to current regulations.
• Work with inventory, labeling, and temperature controls.
• Collaborate closely with serving staff to create a seamless guest experience.
• Contribute to the development of the breakfast offering and provide input on seasonal dishes.
• Assist in daily operations and support other kitchen stations if needed.

We are looking for you who

• Have documented experience as a chef or in service, preferably with a focus on breakfast service.
• Are passionate about cooking, presentation, and delivering high quality.
• Have good knowledge of food hygiene (ServSafe or similar is an advantage).
• Can work structuredly at a high pace and have an eye for order and clean surfaces.
• Are flexible regarding working hours and enjoy working early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have good teamwork skills and contribute positive energy to the team.
