Geomechanics Sweden AB is now seeking experienced Construction Managers and Technical Consultants for assignments within infrastructure and technical installations.

We are looking for you who want to work in complex projects involving operation, maintenance, and technical coordination with major players in the public sector and societal development.

About the Role

As a Construction Manager, you will work with:

• Construction management and contract follow-up
• Technical coordination
• Site inspections and surveys
• Contractor follow-up
• Risk and quality monitoring
• Coordination between client, contractors, and project organization

The work covers technical installations within:

• Water and Wastewater (VA)
• Heating, Ventilation, and Plumbing (HVAC/Plumbing)
• Ventilation
• Control and monitoring systems
• Infrastructure facilities

We are looking for you who have

• Experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or similar technical role
• Experience from installation, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of contracting processes
• Strong collaboration skills and a structured approach to work
• Good proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

• Experience from Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration)
• BAS-P / BAS-U certifications
• Knowledge of AMA / AB / ABT standards

• Experience with operation and maintenance contracts
