About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and now we are looking for an Electrical Power Technician for Substation Maintenance who wants to join the journey! Is that you? Your Role as an Electrical Power Technician

We offer a flexible and varied job where you deliver substation maintenance services in our customers' electrical facilities, covering voltage ranges of 0.4–400 kV.

The work as an electrical power technician in substation maintenance is highly technical. You will primarily work with station rounds, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and connections on switchgear equipment. Modifications and new construction of facilities also occur. The work is carried out on behalf of a project manager/service manager.

You will become part of a team with a great atmosphere, where technicians work closely with project managers/service managers to plan, execute, and follow up on assignments, with safety as the highest priority.

The role is based in Småland and surrounding areas, and you will be home-based within the region, which means travel and on-call duties may be a natural part of this position. When performing your work with us, safety, environment, and economy are always kept in mind. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documenting completed work, reporting deviations, and following up on work orders in our digital systems.

Requirements

We know that you will develop together with us. However, we see that you already have:

• Upper secondary education in electrical power/electrical engineering or similar post-secondary education
• Experience working as an electrical power technician, industrial electrician, or similar is meritorious
• Very good Swedish skills, both spoken and written
• Valid B-driver's license
• You have good administrative skills and are accustomed to working with documentation and reporting in digital systems

Furthermore, you are a responsible person with a strong commitment to your assignments. It is important that you are proactive and able to collaborate with colleagues and customers. You have a technical interest and are motivated by working commercially in an operation where you take significant responsibility for quality and progress.
