Professional Cleaner for Malmö:

Malmö Maids & Home Services AB is a growing cleaning company in Malmö with high customer ratings and a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We offer professional cleaning services to both private individuals and businesses.

We are currently looking for four experienced cleaners who want to work in Malmö and the surrounding area. We are looking for you who are responsible, detail-oriented, and thrive working independently at customers' premises.

Your responsibilities:

As a cleaner at Malmö Maids, you work independently at our customers' locations and are responsible for delivering professional cleaning with high quality.

The work may include, among other things:

• Private home cleaning
• Office cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-out cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Stairwell cleaning
• Viewing cleaning
• Babysitting if needed

You work with great personal responsibility and are expected to maintain high standards in all assignments.

Important information about the position:

The position can be part-time (30%, 40%, 50%) or full-time depending on availability, experience, and customer bookings.

Cleaning work is physically demanding and requires energy, focus, and good work capacity.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, punctual, and detail-oriented. You are used to working independently and have a strong sense of quality.

To be considered for the position, the following is required:

• Experience in professional home cleaning from a company. Experience from cleaning your own home does not count.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in professional cleaning.
• Good work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• You do not run or own your own cleaning company.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and find your way between customers.
• Comfortable traveling by bus and public transport if you do not have a driver's license and car.
• Certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) before employment.
• You should live in Malmö, Lund, or Trelleborg as the work is primarily performed in Malmö.

Transport:

A driver's license and access to a car are meritorious but not required. If you do not have a driver's license and car, you must be willing to travel between customers using public transport.

Language requirements:

• English is required.
• Tagalog is meritorious.
• Swedish is meritorious.
