CanMan is a rapidly growing company in the beverage industry. We specialize in canning beverages and have operations in several locations across Sweden, including Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Umeå, and Östersund. The company has recently invested in expanding its production facility in Gothenburg and has had a new co-owner, Kiviks Musteri, since the beginning of 2024.

Job Description:

Do you have an interest in the packaging industry or the brewing sector, and do you want to be part of an exciting journey in a rapidly growing company? Then we have the job for you!

Your role will be as an operator for one of our mobile filling machines, based out of Stockholm. We are looking for someone who is handy and physically strong, with knowledge of machinery. The work is performed individually under your own responsibility at customer sites.

The position involves travel with overnight stays, both within and outside Sweden. While Stockholm is your base, the work is almost exclusively conducted away from home with overnight stays from Monday to Friday. In some cases, weekend travel may be required.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Transporting filling equipment and installing it at customer sites.
• Planning and executing the filling process, and checking to ensure the correct quality is achieved.
• Continuously striving to meet set goals and improve work processes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education or equivalent work experience. You must also hold a valid B driver's license, as travel to customers is done individually using a company vehicle. You are quality-conscious, driven, detail-oriented, and have the ability to identify, analyze, and practically solve problems. Furthermore, you have a desire to develop and grow. You are a team player who enjoys working with different colleagues within the company and switching between various tasks. In addition to relevant knowledge and experience, we place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Meritorious experience includes background in the packaging industry, preferably with a connection to breweries or the beverage industry. You have a strong understanding of how to independently drive your work forward, but you are also detail-oriented, receptive to instructions, and a good listener. You work well in teams, even under sometimes stressful situations with long working hours. As a person, you are also goal-oriented.

This is a full-time position.
