About the role
As a forklift driver, you will be responsible for handling outgoing goods. Most of your working day will be spent driving counterbalance forklifts. The work team consists of 4–5 people per shift. You will have contact both internally and externally with truck drivers. The work schedule is based on a two-shift system.

About you
You thrive working both in a team and independently, making you a great fit for this forklift driver role. You are stress-resistant and detail-oriented. We also look for candidates with experience working in warehousing or production. To be considered for this position, it is a requirement that you hold a forklift license (Category B) and have good driving experience with counterbalance forklifts. Since much of the communication is done via radio, fluent Swedish is essential.

Requirements for the right candidate:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car
- Forklift license (Category B) and experience operating forklifts
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

About the employment
This forklift driver position is part of our temporary staffing service, with placement as agreed. You will be employed by Adecco Halland and work on-site at our client’s premises. Initially, the employment is for a fixed term of 6 months, but for the right candidate, there are significant opportunities for a longer-term contract with Adecco.
