What we offer you

We are now looking for employees for our remelting plant in Sjunnen! As a Process Operator, you will be part of a team primarily responsible for utilizing process scrap and refining scrap into aluminum ingots.

For this role, we place great emphasis on teamwork, attentiveness, and orderliness. We are looking for you who bring drive, motivation for development, and positivity. You put the team before yourself, and together with your colleagues, you keep production running and contribute to Hydro's development.

Working hours are on a 5-shift system, and the teams consist of three operators who rotate within the shift.

What you will do

• Conversion of aluminum scrap into press ingots.
• Handling of scrap and ingots using a forklift and/or wheel loader.
• Supervision of machines and work processes.
• Analysis testing and casting of ingots.
• Documentation, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.

What will make you successful?

• Upper secondary education in industry or technology, or equivalent.
• Category B driver's license.
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both written and verbally.

Merits
