Your role at Nobia

As an assembler at Nobia, you work in the final assembly area, where you are a key part of the production and daily flow. The role involves practical assembly work as well as opportunities to develop within more technical tasks.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Final assembly of cabinetry interiors
• Simple manual assembly
• Work in and around a robotic assembly line
• Operation and simple maintenance of assembly equipment
• Material handling as needed

You will become part of a team where collaboration is crucial, while also being expected to take responsibility for your own work and contribute to process improvements.

Your background

We are looking for you who are engaged, curious, and thrive in a production environment where you can combine practical work with technology.

We see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Driver's license and access to a car
• Experience in assembly or production work
• Interest in technology and automation

As a person, you are:

• Quick-witted and proactive
• Curious and willing to learn new things
• Engaged with a positive attitude
• A team player who contributes to a good atmosphere
