At Brights, we help organizations succeed in their most critical transformations through upskilling and reskilling. As technology, AI, and new business models change the way we work faster than ever, we help our clients build the capabilities needed to succeed – for real. We are now looking for a Learning Project Manager who wants to lead projects with real business impact, work closely with clients, and help shape the future of competence development.

About the role

In the role of Learning Project Manager, you lead learning projects from needs analysis to implementation and impact measurement – close to the client, within complex transformations, and with a focus on real business impact. You work closely with clients to understand challenges, identify critical competence needs, and design learning solutions that lead to changed ways of working and real effect. The role combines project management, learning design, facilitation, and strategic client dialogue. You manage several parallel projects and work closely with clients, educators, and internal experts.

You work in parallel with several projects in different phases. During a typical week, you might, for example, hold a dialogue with a potential educator, followed by work on finalizing a training plan ahead of a client workshop. At the same time, you facilitate a workshop on internal career paths for a client, while focusing on business development, new client dialogues, and the development of existing relationships. You will become part of Brights' Swedish team in Stockholm and collaborate internationally with colleagues in Finland, Norway, and Germany.

What we offer

  • At Brights, you get to combine strategy, learning, and change with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence.
  • We offer flexible hybrid work, an office in Stockholm (Hagastaden), an extra week of vacation, collective agreements, wellness and cultural benefits, and a sharp, ambitious team that enjoys working together.
  • Freedom to test new things, influence working methods, and contribute to the development of the business, as well as a meaningful role in a growing company where you can make an impact and see the results of your work.

Responsibilities

In the role of Learning Project Manager, you drive project management through the entire lifecycle. You will be responsible for budget, planning, and implementation of projects from start to finish, including follow-up and measurement of impact. You will conduct detailed needs analyses, competence mapping, and design learning solutions, ensuring high quality in deliveries to the client.

You will also lead workshops and training initiatives, supporting clients, participants, and educators, acting as a strategic partner to the client in competence development to build the right capabilities. A key part of the role is building new client relationships, developing existing collaborations, and working closely with various stakeholders.

  • Lead learning projects from needs analysis to implementation and impact measurement.
  • Design and develop learning solutions, lead workshops, and training initiatives.
  • Support clients, participants, and educators as a strategic partner.
  • Build new client relationships and develop existing collaborations.
  • Be responsible for project budget, planning, and implementation.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has an educational background in behavioral sciences/personnel science, preferably with a focus on pedagogy or psychology, or equivalent.
  • Has experience working with education and competence development issues in a larger organization, as well as project management experience.
  • Has very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from technology-intensive organizations and/or experience in change management.
  • Experience driving AI adoption or similar digital learning projects.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Adaptable to change
  • Goal-oriented
  • Social
  • Responsible
  • Intellectually curious

You are a team player who is motivated by learning new things and developing your competence. You work in a structured and proactive manner, see the big picture, and stay one step ahead. You have a strong ability to lead your own work and thrive in a changing environment where you need to be solution-oriented.

You enjoy collaborating with different types of stakeholders and are skilled at turning different perspectives into concrete, actionable solutions.
