About the Job

Diac Metal is now looking for additional support for its production department. We are a company with long-standing traditions. The company is fundamentally a family-owned business spanning several generations, taken over by an external owner in 2017. Despite the change in ownership, the family atmosphere remains. Diac Metal has the experience, competence, and resources to cover the entire chain from raw material to finished product delivered to the end customer. The company's own workshop, covering 6,000 m², is equipped with, among other things, a laser cutting machine, press brakes, welding robots, sawing machines, storage areas, etc., as well as a modern and environmentally friendly powder coating department. A total of 12 employees currently work at the company.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you with a basic vocational education in workshop technology. You have basic knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings, and you are meticulous and quality-conscious. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you had a forklift license (A and B categories). You have strong self-drive and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. As a person, you are cheerful, curious, and stress-resistant.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in our production department, where the work primarily involves overall responsibility for production in the press brake. As a press brake operator, you work with sheet metal forming according to drawings. You are responsible for setting up and operating the press brake/press, and ensuring that the parts meet the correct quality and dimensions.

What We Offer

We offer you an educational and development-oriented job with varied tasks. The employment begins as soon as possible and starts with a longer period of introduction and guidance. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. The position is a 100% fixed-term contract for six months with very good opportunities for extension.
