About the role:

As a cleanup operator, you will:

• Remove plastic, ghost fishing gear, and trash from the sea and coast.
• Participate in planning and problem-solving in the field.
• Document the work with photos and videos that are shared with our partners and stakeholders, showing the world what we achieve!
• Create a positive atmosphere both within the team and with people you meet along the coast.
• Work at 25%, 50%, or 75%.

We are looking for someone who:

• Lives in the northern Bohuslän area and can participate physically.
• Has a genuine commitment to the environment and wants to contribute to a positive atmosphere.
• Is comfortable being visible on social media and can take photos and videos during work.

Merits:

• Boating experience and Class 8 Shipmaster certificate.
• Experience in similar work.

• Flexible working hours on weekdays, with the possibility of weekend work occasionally.
• Work clothes and equipment (hoodies, t-shirts, trousers, gloves, shoes, beanie, windbreaker) when working at least 25%.
• Transport compensation.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license.
• Commitment and the right attitude are more important than experience.
