Aleja's rescue team is now recruiting new members.

The function of our team is to step in when we need urgent assistance at customer sites – for example, in cases of illness among our own or the customer's staff, unexpected work peaks, or other urgent assignments.

However, it is important that you can dedicate at least two full weekdays per week, meaning no weekends or split shifts – this ensures we have the opportunity to offer you work assignments.

We prefer that you, if you are studying and applying for this position, are enrolled in a longer-term study program and have at least one year of studies remaining.

About Us

Aleja AB is a staffing agency primarily active in Stockholm. We offer 24/7 on-call service to our customers, which means we have assignments during all hours of the day.

We provide staff across a wide range of industries – including transport and warehousing, construction and demolition, decontamination and cleaning, as well as other heavy labor jobs that do not require prior experience or specific education.

To be employed as supplementary staff with us, you must be a student and able to present a valid student certificate, or alternatively, support yourself through another main occupation, e.g., another part-time job.

Your Responsibilities

Currently, we have a customer who needs help with pipe replacements in the City area.

Working as a laborer on a job site means you are a carpenter's right hand, where you help fetch and carry tools, machinery, and materials, but also work alongside qualified personnel on the site where simpler tasks can be delegated to you.
