Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10 technicians and one project manager
• Plan, distribute, and follow up on work
• Responsible for quotations, calculations, and customer dialogue
• Drive own projects and ensure delivery
• Work closely with other departments such as ventilation and control
• Ensure quality, profitability, and satisfied customers

Worth knowing

The position is located in Stockholm, Hammarby Sjöstad. You will become part of Värme Ventilation & Kyla Stockholm AB (VVK), which is part of Svensk Ventilationsservice with approximately 70 employees in an organization with continued strong growth. The piping department currently consists of approximately 10 technicians and one project manager and is expected to grow further in the future. The role involves a varied daily routine where you combine operational work with leadership.

You primarily work with service assignments, tenant adaptations, and smaller contracts. The projects are often technically more complex and involve solutions where piping interacts with ventilation and control technology. Many assignments arise from analyses, service agreements, and OVK (Ventilation Inspection), which means you both work on identifying needs and implementing solutions in existing buildings.

Our expectations

We are looking for you with a background in piping/VS who has, or wants to take, the step into a leading role.

You have:

• Technical competence in piping
• Experience in project management or service management
• Experience with quotations, calculations, and customer dialogue
• Basic knowledge of contracting law (e.g., AB 04, ABT 06) and feel confident handling contracts and change orders.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (Category B)
